The project participants (young people from 15 different countries) has discussed on the crucial role young people have when it comes to nationally determined contributions (NDCs) of each country. EDUACTIVE organised two side events at the SDG Pavilion with the format of panel events: “Higher Education Institutions: safe harbor for young people, actors for change in the Agenda 2030” and “Role of Youth in Agenda 2030”. In collaboration with the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Madrid, a high level summer academic/work experience is planned for high school students that excel in their studies.
